AYS serves nearly 4,500 underprivileged youth in crisis situations each year. We invite you to join us as we give kids roots to grow and wings to fly. | ANNUAL REPORT 09-10
January News/Events Monday, January 16 Martin Luther King Day of Service Individuals, families and groups of volunteers are invited to join us from 10am - Noon at our downtown KCK office as we create handmade greeting cards for our youth and foster families! We will be making special occasion cards such as graduation cards, foster parent anniversary cards, holiday cards and other cards to mark special days in the lives of our youth. In addition to having fun, you can learn the new skill of quilling (the art of making designs with narrow strips of paper) or strike out on your own and make your cards or as simple as you like. Most importantly, you can mark this special day of service in memory of Dr. King's work and give back to our community's youth! Click here for more info.
